Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • We do not accept returns on custom or discounted items unless there is a defect or issue.

How to Request a Return

2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, we are happy to exchange it for a new one.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Please email exchanges@mountainskysoap.com with photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement.
